Description

The silwy Magnet-VACUUM mobile phone holder for walls is a three-part mobile phone mounting system resulting from a collaboration between silwy and the FIDLOCK brand.

The system consists of the VACUUM x silwy sticky base, a self-adhering wall mount, and the silwy Magnet-VACUUM patch, a self-adhering patch for smartphones and small tablets. Both components feature magnetic technology from FIDLOCK. The silwy Magnet-VACUUM patch attaches to the back of your mobile phone. Thanks to the magnet, the patch adheres to the silwy sticky base wall mount and remains out of sight. A 3M adhesive dot is included as an option for permanent attachment to the wall, smartphone or tablet. Please note the warnings below.

The nano-gel on the back of the silwy sticky base adheres firmly to smooth surfaces, can be removed without leaving a residue, cleaned with water and reused as often as desired. If you would like to expand the set with additional patches, the silwy Magnet-VACUUM patch is also sold separately.

Please note: The VACUUM x silwy sticky base is not weather-resistant and should therefore not be used outdoors on a permanent basis. Over time, heat will reduce its adhesive strength. The magnets do not affect your device’s electronics. The patch is not suitable for Samsung Galaxy Ultra devices. Please also note the important information under 'Additional features and tips'.

Additional features and tips

Which surfaces are not suitable for the magnetic mobile phone holder?

The VACUUM x silwy sticky base is suitable for smooth surfaces only. It will not work on textured, grained or flexible surfaces.

The Magnet-VACUUM patch is not suitable for smartphone cases made of ceramic, silicone, silicone-like materials or leather.

Do not use the patch on Samsung Ultra models or on iPhones with an anti-fingerprint coating.

What is the intended purpose of the included 3M adhesive dot?
For permanent mounting, a 3M adhesive dot is included in the set. Use it only in conjunction with a protective case, not directly on your smartphone or tablet. The adhesive tape cannot be removed without leaving a residue, and once applied, the nano-gel surface is no longer usable.
